Welcome to our store. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We accept bank transfers, credit card payments (via secure link), and PayPal. Orders are processed once payment is received.

2. Pre-orders
Pre-order items must be paid in full to reserve the piece. Estimated delivery times will be provided, but may vary due to supplier schedules or customs delays. We’ll keep you informed of any significant changes.

3. Shipping
We ship from a pet-free, smoke-free studio. All items are packed with care and sent via trusted couriers. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item is incorrect or has a fault not noted in the description, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery. Each case will be assessed individually.

5. Preloved Items
Preloved pieces are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and refreshed before dispatch. Minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the garment’s charm. These details are noted in the product description.

6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, measurements, and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. Please contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
Images and content created by Outdoor and Lifestyle Edit are the property of the brand and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for processing orders and communicating with you. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.
